agrees that they have read the guide

2. Advanced-Runescape.com will issue refunds
to those individuals who are not satisfied
with the content of the guide, provided the
following conditions are met.
3. Any requests for refunds made after 48
hours of payment will not be honored.
4. If you are honestly dissatisfied with the
guide, and the request for a refund is made
in a timely manner, the following conditions
must be met to receive a refund.

reason that you are not satisfied.
b) Provide your PayPal email address or
2CO email address associated with the
purchase and the date of purchase.
c) Include in the email constructive
criticism, such as specific content you
expected to see based on the description of
the guide.
d) Include any alleged misstatements or
misrepresentations in the
guide description.
5. If the conditions above are not met,
your refund may be delayed or denied at
the discretion of Inetguides.com staff.
6. Please be advised that when you order the
guide from Advanced-Runescape.com, you are
agreeing to the terms and conditions above.
Upon purchase, this becomes a legal, binding
contract that will be held to by all
parties.
7. All created images and content that
comprise the site itself and the guide are
the sole, exclusive and permanent property
of their respective owners and may not be
reproduced by any method including screen
captures and/or downloads.
8. You may not alter, change, colorize,
resize or modify any or all images or
content for your own personal or commercial
use.
9. You may not post this guide, or a direct
link to its download or content on any blog,
personal website, forum, or commercial site.
Failure to follow this term will result in a
Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI) being
filed and the website being taken down by
the hosting company.
10. A Notice of Claimed Infringement (NOCI)
may or may not be filed with the owner of
the offending site before it is filed with
the hosting company. This means that the
owner of an offending site may not be
notified by Advanced-Runescape.com of the
violation before the hosting company pulls
the site on which the violation occurred.
11. Images may be used by sites for the sole
purpose of promoting the Advanced Runescape
website. Said sites must contain a
direct link to the home page
www.advanced-runescape.com.
12. Use of these images or content by
individuals developing websites with intent
to gain is unequivocally denied unless a
license and written permission from the site
owner has been obtained prior to the
downloading, uploading or use of said
graphics, images or content.
13. Any sites whose intent is to earn
revenue (whether actual income and or
bartered for trade) is considered a
commercial endeavor.
14. If for any reason we request that the
images or content be removed from your site,
you will be given 48 hours to comply.
Violations of the terms of use could subject
